Your product must be received in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to apply for a refund and place a new order.
If you find your jewellery is faulty within 60 days of receiving it, simply send it back for replacement or repair. This includes detached pendants and charms, clasps not working, etc. but does not include damage from wear such as scratching, water damage, etc. Please contact us via email@example.com with REPAIR in the heading to obtain a return slip, with return shipping including.
