    If you’re not 100%, absolutely, completely happy with your piece from iROCK jewellery you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

    If you wish to return your item, just send us an email to hello@irockjewellery.com with RETURN in the subject line and let us know your order number and reason for return. We require proof of purchase to complete your return.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Your product must be received in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    You are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless you have received the wrong product or the product is faulty, in which case we will cover the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. 

    If you are waiting on a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, please send us an email at hello@irockjewellery.com. If you would like a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to apply for a refund and place a new order.


    Faulty Products

    If you find your jewellery is faulty within 60 days of receiving it, simply send it back for replacement or repair.  This includes detached pendants and charms, clasps not working, etc. but does not include damage from wear such as scratching, water damage, etc. Please contact us via hello@irockjewellery.com with REPAIR in the heading to obtain a return slip, with return shipping including.

    Damaged Products

    If your piece of jewellery is damaged during wear (scratched, water damage, etc.) or breaks after the 60 day money back period we are happy to repair it for you for a small fee.  Contact us at hello@irockjewellery.com for further information.
