Payment

All prices are listed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). These are GST inclusive within Australia. Exchange rates paid will be determined by your bank/payment provider.  For queries relating to current exchange rates, we recommend the currency converter at www.xe.com.

We currently accept payments via Stripe – so you can use any Visa, Mastercard or debit account. We do not accept money orders, personal cheques or direct bank transfers. We process payments after you click the “Submit ” button.  We will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation.

iROCK jewellery, through our transaction provider Stripe, employs the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect transactions with our customers. However, iROCK jewellery will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner as a result of using this Website.

Using Promotion Codes

Promotion codes may be redeemed during the order checkout process. To redeem a code simply enter the code in the promotion code box during checkout. The promo code reduces your basket subtotal only, and does not apply toward international shipping and handling. A promo code can only be used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a great way to give the gift of iROCK jewellery and give your loved one the fun of designing their own jewellery.  You can buy gift vouchers here.  Gift vouchers may be redeemed during the order checkout process.  To redeem a gift voucher simply enter the voucher number into the gift voucher box during checkout.  The gift voucher will be automatically credited to your order and reduce your total.  Your gift voucher will never expire. If you have any problems just contact us with your voucher number and we’ll fix it.

International Customers

Do I have to pay any currency conversion fees?

We'll charge your account in $AUD. It’s possible that your bank may then add up to two types of additional charges:

  • A conversion fee to exchange the payment from your local currency to $AUD.
  • A “foreign transaction” fee for iROCK Jewellery being based in another country.

This is unfortunately up to your bank, so the exact charges might vary.

Do I have to pay any extra tax?

You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc. that you may incur in your country.  It is your responsibility to determine whether any such taxes apply in your destination country for delivery or the country from which the goods are shipped.  By purchasing from iROCK jewellery you agree that iROCK jewellery is not liable to you with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you incur as a result of your obligation to pay taxes in a particular jurisdiction.
