At iROCK we strive to provide high quality jewellery, and to this end we source materials from all over the world, made by professional jewellery manufacturers. Below you will find details on the materials and processes we use when making your piece of jewellery.
For our chains and findings we use plated brass. We use brass as it is relatively resistant to tarnishing, is nickel and lead free, hypoallergenic, and makes our designs (especially the chunkier styles) much more affordable.
Metal Charms & Pendants
Our metal pendants are made of various metals, which are listed in the description of each item. The majority are made of lead-free pewter and plated with gold, silver or a gunmetal finish. Some are made of plated brass. See a complete list of our charms and pendants and their symbolism here.
Gemstones & Crystals
We select the best quality gemstones for our designs. All stones are labelled by type, colour and approximate size. As a natural product, each and every stone used is unique and will have some natural variation. Please keep this in mind when viewing your design.
All our crystals are genuine Swarovski so you can be assured to top quality and sparkle. See a complete list of our gemstones and crystals and their symbolism here.
Unless otherwise customised by you, all our bracelets and necklaces are finished with spring lobster clasps to ensure your jewellery will stay safely on when you’re wearing it.
Metal charms and pendants are attached with a link in the same colour as the item. Gemstones and crystals are attached to your chain using the same colour link as the chain.
All pieces are finished with the signature iROCK tag.
All iROCK jewellery is packaged on our iROCK cards and wrapped in tissue paper with an iROCK sticker, ready for gift giving.
All items are posted in bubble wrap tough bags to protect against damage.
